for us - it's still the same. cuz we never dropped wars.
now ussr accepted war and we can find some more frags.
but still not enough. they emoquit if dieing more then 2 times.

for my party it's no point to log in game.
we almost have 9/9 dyno sets.so we pve not so hard as usually.
ye we still can pvp but it pointless too. for us it's easy to kill 9v9\18\27. ussr/nf and when they get defeat they just log off...only insa's group is interesting to fight.
and ofc we have good fights vs ozama party and vs lire party.
still waiting when my clan groups can get better gear so we can try tezza\baium:]
