Wtf? Change ip filter? (1 Viewer)

This thing is gettin really annoying. I just want to play now(haven't played since first day of the server). And it keeps telling me to change IP filter and password. I searched a bit on forum, i changed that shit with set IP on main page and it still won't work, same fking message, and when i try to change my password it won't work either because of some russian error message .. wtf should i do? :-/

Yes i changed the so called "IP filter" to my IP or my IP class, and still won't work. I just wanted to play ..
