Well in this post I attempt to know here who know how to get Element level 9 and 12 (Jewel and Elemental Energy) got information about it on a russian forum on Deep Web. Someone else has specific information and knows how to get the Jewels and Energys (Element lv9 and Lv12)?(and yes I know how to get it)
