Fix frint.

Before this random drop nerf, it dropped 90kk adena and a full S set every time, now it doesn't drop more than 1-2 S grade pieces and 20kk adena.
The loot table is undeniably altered and or nerfed.

Seems the change was made only on 30x. I know you have chars there, many of you, so log and test MI and post here how it works (if it's fine, i'll try to convince them to make it the same here). Thank you.
