3days in a row our 3ppl team didn't get vote coin and we voted everyday, wtf is wrong with this?

i also have this same problem since starting to play here.

i have always voted while offline.. for ex when logging out for the night.
my browser does not automatically delete any cookies
i do not use any software that would remove cookies or browser information

any suggestions as to why i cant receive vote coins?

Im also getting troubles for this, my CP all voted rigth no one get a coin, so no cakes.. I hope this will be fixed soon
