Guess it was because ppl where mass voting main chars + alts on account getting sh1tload of coins

I'll use this post to make one more question:

Let's suppose I've got 4 coins, if I buy 2 of those hats that have a 12 hours reuse time for that skill which gives 20 minutes of Vitality Replenishing. I use one first, and 20 minutes after, I try to use the another one, I'll be able to get 40 minutes of permanent Vitality Replenishing effect? Or they share their reuse time and I'll only be able to use 1 hat?

if they are different hats (e.g. bamboo hat and glasses) they don't share the same cooldown. if not, i have no idea since i didn't test

as i know those items disappear after few hours and skill reuse time is few times longer - so you gonna use it only 1 time

Hats disappear after 3hours even if you dont use it

I still didn't manage to obtain vote coins. I voted 2 times a day and nothing. Its like you explained, I enter on l2top.ru, write the images in the 1st box and my nickname on the 2nd box. Nothing happed. I tried with both x5-name and without, I stood logged out before I voted, and 10 minutes after. Nothing
