Unable to log ingame after choosing character and pressing "Start" (1 Viewer)

Hello,

in behalf of my friend who is not using forums I would like to ask for help and search for solution

He have troubles with logging into x5 server on his charater (Qelty, 78 SD with bamboo hat)
he is able to input his credentials, get into choose-server window, chooses our x5 server, gets into character window, chooses his SD and press start

and here problems are: nothing happens. he can press start once, he can press start many times. click with mouse or press enter ] nothing helps ... he is unable to get ingame and is stuck in character choose window

he is able to log any other char (buffers, sellers, whatever) but he have troubles logging on his own character.

anyone have tips or tricks how to solve this?

Tell him to log his acc on site and use the 'teleport to gludio' feature. If that doesn't helps, send a message to support and wait for admin to help you.

how do I contact admin and ask for support? I was thinking this is the way. sorry I do not have time to read whole forum and rules
