We have new registrations coming from this site - lineage2.com.pl - so we tried to contact admins and place advertisment of the new server there.
Unfortunately they do not answer and the site seems abandoned.
But there are still new registrations
Therefore it would be great if someone created a topic about Victory server on their forums in Polish - http://forum.lineage2.com.pl/

My idea is that most European players come to play and not only Polish and Russian players.
Besides giving some suggestion that more players, no matter their origin, want to play here instead of another server.
Perhaps your message is not the most appropriate in this post hahaha

I think every post about RPG Start on different sites is good if it means it can bring more people! (And that was ur main goal in this topic) And Alice's post doesn't mean that advertising is only for Russian or Polish people, just an effort to inform everywhere where it's possible.

5) Limiting Russian language in chats is not an option. Russians are still the majority of players. And most Russians don't speak English. Like at all

at least limit original names of stores and items, and nick names without Russian characters
When someone who does not know Russian, wants to find an item in Giran (for example), put the name of the item (vesper, elegy, shoes ...) but Russian characters is impossible.
Equally difficult to invitations Party, it is impossible to invite someone with Russian characters.

First, sorry for my English. I'll try to write the best way that I can.
I took nine years playing Lineage 2. I played in official and private servers. Lately, I've seen that are servers that are succeeding, and that servers are failing. By this I will give my suggestion. This is what you need this server, at least that's what I think.
After so many years, the old players are few. Everything has evolved and the number of players that are now not content just to have a retail server.
The overall game and now all existing games has become more competitive than ever. We humans love to prove who is the best.
So you should focus more on making external events with small rewards in currencies server (eg RUR).
In addition you ought to be getting in the top in the list of best websites in search engines like "www.gtop100.com" or "www.l2top.co".
And something that  can help you to attract many players is to use TwitchTV.
Players do nothing without a profit. So that the benefit should be some kind of reward (eg RUR) with which they can get some benefits in the game. (Life Stone, hair accessory, vitality, rune for exp / sp among other things...)
My suggestions are:
- Add a way to vote for the server simply by clicking (as already exists in some private servers)
- Rewards for people to vote for the server
- Rewards for three best video pvp week.
- Rewards for best screenshot week
- Some GM make use of Twitch TV showing pvp server and highlights of the Castle Siege
The videos showcase the best that you can have a server. You must do much stress upon this.
If you have any other suggestions (not Unbalance or break the scheme that makes this unique server) please I would love to hear it. I think this post is necessary.
I have another suggestion, you Take I hope you well and without creating any controversy. I just try to be as honest and clear as possible.
When you enter the server find that is open to everyone without restriction of any country, but is almost entirely Russian-speaking. This is not a problem until you find Russian characters in stores in major public chats (global, shout, trade, hero).
This is one of the main reasons (I would say the biggest cause) that many players choose another server. Maybe restringuir use these characters in shops and public chats would be a good option (for Whisp, clan and party is not a problem).
I can understand that the server is Russian and all the work that doing is great, but if we talk about attracting people and that the server is full for a long time, this is necessary, now more than ever. The English is the international language and that it should be used. Again, please do not want to start an argument, I just want to think clearly and logically.
Lineage 2 Classic and works in Russia and in a short period of time will also be available in the rest of Europe. This is something to consider as many players leave the server.
