When they say GMT , it means GMT 0. When your timezone is +1 you add 1 hour. So if the servers starts at 16:00 GMT 0, it's 17:00 GMT+1 , 18 GMT+2 , 19 GMT+3...... etc.

considering daylight savings or something you're GMT+3 if Moscow is GMT+4
