People that played on Luna or Celes actually know how a Serverstart looks like with 3k+ Player online. It looks more like a 1-1,5k Player Server and everyone know the Player counter on the website is a fake and multiplicate the real Player count x1,5 or x1,7. lol

Yes but no, server started during russia time.
But the most of the population come from europe, and usa.? Wich mean at the start it was like 30-35% of the population on another server start.

that fraps is terribad ;o celes had way more players at start thats nothing..

Agree that celes had way more but RPG is handling its population way better (due to either fewer players or a genuinely better setup).

because of some problems like ddos on login the whole counter didin't start at the same time as in celes . I myself was from the server begining but could connect only after 2 h from the start and there still was bunsh loud of ppl

I'm pretty sure that fraps wasn't made in the first second of server opening, it's pretty obvious anyway as he frapsed all towns. I was online in the first 5 minutes AFTER ddos on login server and there were a LOT more then what u can see there.
