when the rates are chose, or tell me when the beta start

Official announce about server launch is posted in news and is planned for October, accurate date will be announced later. When poll about rates are chosen beta will run. I cannot give you any exact date yet.

About voting, i spoke with lagys and he said everything is fine and secured. Also if smth was started as commercial decision will be same way till the very end. Ofc you must remember that eventual changes during server going are always possible if it will be rly neccessary.

Why dont you make the beta with gm shop/cat and insta lvl85?No one will want to test anything if he has to exp on x3/x7 rates

They are all available on both beta servers GF and GOD

2. Also, will there be any way for non russian players to donate (beside sms with scam prices) ?

Can you make any real offline shops in game? Not a trade bot, which need computer to be on all the time and is continously stucking and restarting
You can also create special trading zones, like buying in one part of aden, selling in another, bulk sales with armors/weapons in next one etc.
Both offline shops and trading zones will make trading much easier.

Also, is GF beta started? Or it will start soonish? Didn't see any news about it.

didnt start yet, GF test server was always on all this time, but it's not obt for Empire server - rates etc are not set up so we can't speak about obt, it will be upgraded later

Enchanting bug skills is fixed?

every single bug is fixed but not implemented in test server, everything will be prepared for obt start

What about spoil rates?
I guess it will be x1 chance and x3 or x7 amount depending on the final server rate for mats and x3 or x7 chance for parts right?  
actually it should be the same for drops, x1 chance and x3 and x7 amount for mats, will it be?

Do you know that many votes in poll are given from proxies and so on? Multi-voting for the win.

Because you're forced to do it, such a pity.

This proxy competition is just useless.
Quantity doesn't change the proportion.
Anyway we know that approximately half of players want x3 and the other half - x7.
We consider possibility of x5.

Mats drop and spoil will be changed the way we always do it - random maximum will be inscreased.
