So these are same cloaks as in GF server? We don't need enchant for bonuses? For me it doesn't allow enchant flame cloak.

Well first of all I asked greenery cloak but got cloak of flame. And when I try enchant it it says "Does not fit strengthening conditions of the scroll". And I get bonuses at +0.
Bonuses I get +30 inventory slots\ and 100% weight limit looks like, but not sure.

Same problem :
