How / when / i can have more low cd for the Summon Silhouette ?
I want to play whit very low exp,so i try to use that pet all the time.

If you are asking that question, then you are probably under lvl 40 with no class change to phantom summoner. After lvl 40 with  2nd class change, reuse is a few seconds. Before lvl 40 and on 1st class reuse is huge.
The only way to get a very fast reuse before 2nd class change is during the summoner quest for class change, npc will give you a few seconds buffs so reuse is almost instant. Besides that, you will have to wait a long reuse or nuke your way untill 2nd change.
