im happy that you guys know the game mechanic and whole official l2 and many people here doesnt know how it works.

do test if the 20 power boost is rly 20% dmg boost - im sure its not.

The old magic damage formula was (91*x√(matk*4)) / mdef , with x being the power of the skill you're using, and I'm fairly certain it still uses the same one today but just with a different modifier for the actual fluctuation in damage. If you use that you can see that it works out to about 17% like I said.
