My UI resets after restarting client. (1 Viewer)

It is really frustrating even though its a little problem. But after restarting the game client my UI just resets. I have tried other peoples system folders, but shit doesn't seem to work. Hopefully someone can tell me how to fix this.
This is what I want my UI to look like.

It's an annoying bug, i searched for other topics, but every single one doesn't seem to have a solution.

I just found out how to put skillbar down, but some windows IG are still resetting after i load the game

Just log in then move position of your windows as u wish, then delete windowsinfo.ini (while you are logged).

Restart the game and re position windows, it should work, at least it did for me, but the summon status window is still jumping down the target one :

I use the original RPG club system, (with the small font)

to change the skillbar position I cliked on the circle(on the skillbar) and change

the skillbar to verticle, and then changed it back to horizontal and positioned the skillbar

then just restart the game.

tested and 100% working! well done dude.
about the rest (chat windows, other windows positions) can?t seem to find a solution.

I have the same exact problem! It pisses me off!

edit: I managed to find these on google: http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=180707&page=1 seems like they have the same problem in retail. =|

for all position on screen u have file window.ini i can manulay edit this file and chose location tabs on screens
then change attribution to only read and test mayby this help u, i have this same problem but not tested this, so make backup first the file
