Maxim , what do you mean no web on my previous post?
Are you kidding me , you keep decreasing every single reward without a proper explanation.
The post was made way before you update for what? 5th? 6th? time the rules, which proves the you were not prepared for this even tho there was time to set some basic rules.
Plus most of the people who do so barely speak , got the mic/sound muted , dnt interact with the viewers and most dnt even speak English to be part of the international team. Camera is not an objective requirement to stream , there are many streamers without who got people around their streams.
I still have not received any of the last 3 posts which is a total of 3400 RUR (Including this post we go up to 4650 RUR so far).
Ive been advertising your server since day one with more than 52 hours of stream and you keep messing around with me and  my rewards. Besides the fact you cant communicate in English , you also cant setup some proper rules for the streamers neither you reply on any of the questions been asked.

I agree with you in the topic u say about interactions,but i disagree about "English speaking"!
Is normal for RPG-CLUB want to make some advertising and they want to maximize the effect putting streamers around the world talking in their mother languages for their audiences.
Example: My community is all Portuguese-Speakers,how i can make a full English stream if i only have Brazilians in chat and in game?
Today some people get in my stream by the rpg-club homepage just because they see i'm speaking in portuguese and then they see the server is not only russians,have a huge community and now they will join server,so the "English speaking (barely or never) is not a complaim to make.
Plus since now i see some streamers and we make some huge lives is hard for 1 guy take care to check every single one so quickly so the change about "time to give rewards" is pretty much acceptable.
Is a first try of the rpg-club staff to make a nice thing who benefic the server,the audience,the players and the streamers,so i think all have to get a little bit of pacience.

So the streamer should be able to interact on English aswell otherwise the term international cant be applied there , were talking about something else.

As for the rewards . it is not about the 24-72 hours waiting time but the fact the rewards are not the correct we should be receiving (talking about myself and few more ive noticed).
There were many issues/gaps in the rules from the starts and the one responsible from what ive heared (Maxim) was never able to clarify few things , as i tried multiple times get some answers to few questions i had so ill set things straight.
Unfortunately even if my messages to Maxim were not totally ignored, it seems there is a big language barrier that prevents the basic communication.

This i can pretty much undestand,people streaming have to talk at least a bit of english even if not a fluent but enough to make some simple communications with english-speaking or international audiences.
About rewards i cant talk because i'm streaming with the brands and all just a couple days from now so with the reward time of 24-72 i not receive any rewards yet.
What i think is they wanted to make some adv and thought in this and since we are so many make this "huge rur rewards" will kill the market one day or another,so they changed the rules "mid-game".
About communications directly i cant tell since i dont make any too,so i need a couple more days to give a feedback in this topics.
Hope they can clarify the things for you guys and we can keep up the good work without think too much about these things and just have fun in the server ;D
