vesper - more crit dmg.
ic mw - +evasion but less crit.dmg

And a lot of ppl say that dmg between these two is max 400dmg :x also to add {pvp} on ic is 26k fame on vesper it's 36k fame and when u have {pvp} according to l2guru s84 pvp bonus is 10% and s80 7.5%. So witch is better :
