The best one is to use boot camp and dualboot Windows. As an alternative you can use VMWare Fusion or Pararels but game's missing textures and lack performance. There's also Crossover Games but it doesn't work well for Lineage. If you wanna play for real, you're forced to use Windows, either by dualbooting or on separate machine.

I hate setting up windows...so many drivers to install..pffff...
