Just till now, every server I have donated via paypal, I was getting exactly the same amount of items and paid exactly the same amount of money as it was said on the page. No extra charges or similar stuff.

Well in shop i can see Cloaks and hats which boosts statistics, and you say there will be no items which affecting game balance
Also in my opinion donated $ calculation is not fair. Russians for 1$ get65 RUR and outside Russia for 1$ get 25RUR.
Cloak for Russians costs 20$ and for us 50$

I don't know why you refer this as "Russians" and "Us" and showing some discrimination from RPG-CLUB. Just for the record, I don't live in Russia and I  pay 65 RURs for 1$ too.

Lithuania, same here. ~25eur for cloak.
