"Donation" Cloaks. (2 Viewers)

Well I've seen you can buy some "special" cloaks (guess they're that) at the Donation Manager. They seem to give some P. Def. and to be able to give some buff which gives some stuff I don't know. As far as I know there are 3 cloaks like that. I'd like to buy one. But, I don't know what bonus they give. I'm not sure if both give different bonuses, if they give the same, or whatever. If anyone could please explain me what does each "cloak" give so I could decide on which to get, I'd be grateful.

PD: I've searched in the forum but couldn't find any conclusive data, my bad if there was some and I didn't find it.

5x Weight Capacity? You mean multiplier? Really useful to get into Oly with many sets. Does the "item" use any slot? I mean, can I use Set + Belt + Cloak (the visible one) and every other shit and still get that buff?

it uses 1 talisman slot, but after usage you can un equip it.
