Is this real? I hear that 10x players can transfer their characters over to the new 5x when it opens. Is this true?

If so, don't you think that ruins the purpose of a new server, especially one of half the rates of the one that is being allowed the transfer?

Wasn't one of the initial problems with the 30x that people had a headstart during the beta, and as a result made the server one sided? Would make worlds of sense if transfers were not possible.
