Nah, im out of L2 since Celes (june 2009). Friend gave me link to this thread, and i even tried to download client, but somehow torrent of GF client doesn't show any seeders for me... not that i want to play, i just wanted to feel the atmosphere of this game once again.

I dont recommend the x3 server if you really dont have the time for it, it will be a pain in the ass if anything get the HF client and check federation out

L2 looks still the same on a new LCD Vad, just smaller (based on the assumption you'll have a higher res)
