Bug with pick up (1 Viewer)

When i pick up adena/mats everything is ok but when i pick items for example earring/shield sometimes it won't appear in inventory wtf is this .

When i pick up adena/mats everything is ok but when i pick  items for example earring/shield sometimes it won't appear in inventory wtf is this .

Too many people online, SQL server can't keep up. Items are in your inventory though, you just need to relog to see them.
