All-time crashes :-/ (1 Viewer)

Hey guys, my problem is that on all servers after several minutes of the game (especially in Giran) shows this error and the game goin off... I'm playing on Gracia Epilogue (maybe here is problem?  ? )

Thank you for your quick reply, paste the file into the folder "animations" but now there is a new error when I start the game (my char is in Giran btw)
