Well according to this:

not only will they merge the two servers, but also will raise rates to 35x.
So my question is: is there anyone from the old x30 community who is really going (back) to play here?
(and also, the x30 subforum mysteriously disappeared!)

Well i think many people from the old x30 will just wait for the new server to come up or do some other stuff in the mean time, i hope they don't take too long before releasing a new server tho, as oppose to what many said about a new server taking a lot of people from the x5 i do think that the longer it takes to open a new one, the more people on old server will want to move.

Since the other server is fresh probably not many will be willing to leave since they are still working on their stuff but in some months when the gap will seems wider i suppose more of them might want to move
