Look i realize that you rely on banning to make money, i do. But in the mix of it all, you ban a lot of innocent people, and you're losing active players. Like yesterday evening i was in a party and some ppl were using a bot, how does that make me guilty tho, it was a random exp party and i had no idea. But your **** ****  -Ban 3 days. Poissie- gm rather just bans the whole party, hopes for ppl to pay and if they dont pay you just move on and ban the next party?
There has to be some way like in the old times, ppl have to get tested etc, run in circle on 2 chars or what not. Dont just fucking ban the whole party and hope that they all pay. It's absurd what your policy is on the banning. You ban first and ask questions later, oh and your automated message says: dont try to argue the ban or we Will ignore you, but if you  have trouble paying for the unban wel'l do everythign we can to help. Do you know how that makes the player feel? It makes me feel betrayed and angry.
tl:dr   Got banned, i am mad at rpg for banning innocent people in party with botters, i hope it doesnt take you 2 weeks to unban. Also stop fucking abusing people to earn money by baning them, its super lame.

First of all, we don't rely on money from unban. Second, If you read the rules you would know that the whole party can get banned even if one person is using 3rd party software/bot. The GM sometimes decides NOT to punish the whole party, but he should. Doesn't matter if the party is random or clan/cp.

From your post it's apparent to me that you had knowledge of the players using bot in the party and still decided to stay, therefore you have no right to be angry.

Further abusive language and outbursts will be punished.

I had no knowledge, but after the whole party got banned i did asume certain things. Do you understand that i was in a random party? I know you have to control the situation, but your GM made a bad call. And please dont tell me you believe your own words when you say the whole party shoudl get banned no matter if random or not?

All i knew is i was afking for hours getting leveld by the people who would be part of my CP in the future i met them that day so i had no idea what programs or other illegal software they coudl be using. As a bishop i have no reason to walk around and use skills or what not, i got bored out of my mind and the healing really wasnt needed so all i did was watch movies on my computer while the mages were killing, and your conclusion is even if i wasnt using a bot you Will ban me because i "knew" that they were using it?

I'm sorry but your policy on all of this sucks, and the fact is you do rely on baning people so they buy RUR so the price of it stays relevant. In fact i know top parties that have payed 5x to get unbanned already, it just proves that all you guys do care about is the money you get from unbaning. If you did care about the server and its vitality you wouldnt go around baning whole parties on a hunch.

1. Players are not allowed to:
1.1 Use any kind of 3rd party software (l2control, l2walker, l2ranger, l2phx, l2net, l2Wx, ACP, hLapex,Uopilot, or any other), which allows to automate the game process or overcome game client restrictions. This as well concerns mouse/keyboard drivers, allowing the character to perform game operations while the player is away from PC.
      1.1.1 Be in one party with a player, who uses 3rd party soft. If such abuser is detected, the full party will be punished.

The rules are made for all players and there is no exceptions. We give you the conditions beforehand, if you want to play on our servers and what are the punishments for not following those conditions. To answer the question about mass bans.

Server is overloaded daily with 13-15 k players, there are non stop at least 100 of bot report tickets in support, some of them contain already 100 reported names. When there is loads of players, there are loads of bots, there are loads of reports, there are loads of bans. I am sure none of u wants to play between bots autotargetting ur mobs. That is why we spend hours to check as many names as possible everyday. And i will repeat it again, if there is even a bit of doubt if bot is used or not, there will be no ban and person will be rechecked later, until there is enough evidence. Server rules are simple be aware of them, so u will not be shocked when u get ban. However i am human zbn is human, we can talk like humans u just need to be human urself when confronting us.

Josc i dont think thats the problem. Hope's problem is that he got banned although he didnt use any illegal software!!! We join random parties every single day, is it possible to check every single one of them to know if they use bots or not? It just doesnt make sense! Is what he suggests so silly?

yeah like for example i go into party matchmaking and someone invite me as i am all cool bishop you know..
And we go farm FOG (for instance) or some other nice location.
How Am I supposed to know who is boting and who is playing?
Most of the botters are on their pc anyway..

players have literally NO IDEA if someone in party is bot or not, except the botter itself.
And if we ask ofc they will say, no.

So why should i get banned cause a scumbag is lazy and use bots..

You guys have to check every character on its own in a party this is the right thing to do, not just ban the hoal party and then wait for unban (with money) or they leave the server.

Cause players have no way of knowing if someone is boting or not... Stop doing that, please.
Check every person... it may be slower but its better, efficient and it will encourge players to play/pay/report.
And there wont be hatred towards staff = better server/community communication.

You or your party members were using bot or another illegal soft. The fact of using illegal soft revealed as a result of complex technical inspections.
Please notice that moment of account ban does not necessarily coincide with the actual time of using a bot!
Account ban can follow even a few days after the violations.
Please do not argue otherwise we will ignore your further requests.
If you wish to unban your account you have 2 ways. 1 - wait for unban date. 2 - visit this page www.rpg-club.org/lineage_2/en/union/unban_account.html and buy appropriate RUR amount.

This is the automated message you get when you are banned for botting, be it the fact that you're actualy botting or just happened to be in a party with someone doing it, doesn't change anything.

1.Complex technical inspections arent that complex, they're actualy Quite basic technical inspections. They have GM's doing the inspections in invisible mode, there is no program or a way for them to find botters otherwise, gms have to manualy go about and decide on their own from their experience who is botting its that simple. Once they find one person who they seem fairly sure is botting, they just ban the whole party.

2.From there your journey takes you to the wonderful support section of rpg club first thing you Will get after you send the ticket in, is the automated response which i copy pasted on the top ( how i got it, is a secret shhh ).

3. You are left to the mercy of the kind people of RPG club to decide on your fate, how you handle it is completely up to you. It can affect the outcome of course.

4. Note at the end of the automated message, how they clearly state they're not willing to argue/listen to you but they are willing to help you if you are having trouble paying for the unbann, and this is where the hypocrisy hits my nerve. You go on about how you ban people every day because you care about the server and us the community, but the reality is different.
You ban 100's of bots daily as your own people stated but a lot of the people you do ban are just players who happen to be in parties of the botters. And the only solution those people have is either pay up or make a new character. Also do i need to mention how much leverage you get after somebody has spent a great deal of time/effort to attain what they have, and banning a character like that can be viewed as a safe investment from your side.

So don't give me that bullcr*p about how you care about us, you care about us as long as we are paying. The moment somebody is dispensable you Will turn your backs and start quoting some rules you made up. Also not to mention you set the rules, and ask money from people who break them (unban). So how exactly does that make you want to make the server better, you literally ban people and as long as they pay they are allowed to break the rules, how does that better the server in your view?

I don't know what's the point of discussing server rules. U don't like them then move on somewhere else, I have to comply no matter what I think. And only thing I can do is treat it more or less strict. So carry on keep ur cries but I'm afraid it's pointless.

its easy to see if one player of the party is botting, if is random party or cp
even JAVA servers without MODS of .report, u can check with a simple 2 comands to see if player are bot or no..
just click on the char in question, do ALT+G, and force a petition, THERE IS NOTHING what they can do
forced petition is one way to a gm talk with a player by private without recall or pms, o even by request petition from players, if u force petition against one player, will "show up" in the middle of the screen the petition char, so u can try chat with him if he is in or not

GM team is always right, even when they are not...

Got banned 3 times on old 3x motherland.
-1s time for botting (unbanned for free within 1week)
-2nd time for bugging (whole party paid for unbans when left ignored for 1month)
-3rd time for bugging again (got unbanned for free after roughfly 1 month, because this time we got fraps...)

Banned from forum for few days, because I was disrespectfull agains gm team (I did post all evidence why we got banned).

Even after this we are still playing on this server, because its the best option.
JoscelinVerreuil is the best english speaking GM who was the only one willing to help me.

Leave, pay, wait, apologize and ask for cheaper pay out. Life isnt fair and you will get punished for no reason... on rpg its not different, gl.
