Updater = virus? (1 Viewer)

Ok... before i posted this topic i searched for some time, found few other polls n stuff. Also i found other topic where some1 suggested using virustotal.com
And so i did.
Earlier, the virustotal.com found virus on 1/37 antivirs
now its 9/43 - nearly 20%
Both on .rar and .exe versions..
Is it really SAFE to use this patch?

Could any1 give me some info?? Cos i really would like to play on this serv, but without infecting my computer.
