Ive created like 10 tickets and didnt get reply to any of those... all were ignored and merged together. Really dont know what else to do.

Great... have been waiting 48 hours for answer and what I got? "Wait 5-7 days and be patient... if nothing happens contact me again".
Something tells me they dont want us to play here on this server since we got banned 3 times for nothing and now Iam even banned from english forum... but I could be wrong...
Anyone has similar experience? Have been reading some russian posts here (Iam using translator) and have seen few complains... is it really common thing here?

Actually this forum is the Wailing Wall, and every thread here is exactly about another one was banned for nothing and ZBN does not give a fnck. The rest is about ZR and dick script competition
