Saerom's bead s80 (1 Viewer)

Hi, is that normal that we can use Saerom's bead S80 on weapon but not on armor? I heard Saerom's bead S grade can be used for S armors...

emm.. Can someone tell me how I can obtain saerom's bead's?
I'm interested mostly on S grade.
