Some quest as starter ones wich you need to kill mobs but dont drop quest itens(Ex:Certification of Seeker). simply dont appear how many mobs you kill (This dont bother too much cause you can just kill until dont make the sound od quest drop but still...)
Add:Quests after lvl 20 dont suffer this issue (as i see so far)
