Problem running updater (1 Viewer)

I have installed the client, I downloaded the rpgupdater.com.exe and installed it but it gave me an application error after installing in my L2 folder. It says, "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)."

I also downloaded the full patch and i get the same, after installing the files, when it tries to launch the game.

Please help, what should i do to get rid of this error?

You miss .net framework. It's mandatory for updater to work.
