There were some files made by russian users way back when, that disable the animation. However, I am not sure where you can find them. Maybe some other players can share.

There should be a restart on Friday ] Saturday, some time after midnight.

1. Rune 30% is working correctly. It gives % to base parameter xp. You cannot get a refund.
2. RB drop: chance ?3, amount ?1
