when u cast the first Magic skill is good (normal)
2 Magic skill slow
3 Magic skill MORE slow
4 Magic Skill slow
5 Magic Skill More slow

so is a bug ?? or someting ?? cuz
this does not happen on other servers.
and not in the oficial wtf ..

How can is possible 1 Kamael can stun me 1/2 with almost 40 lvls of diference? O.O
1 kamael lvl 40+ (not 52) with C grade can stun me 1/2 if im lvl 70+ with avadon.. and (+con)

Ive seen it too and the problem on this is the spiritshots, at 2nd magic skill they dont load instantly, if you give half second pause from one skill to the other you 'll see that the cast speed is normal
afaik this problem is only at small levels, coz at higher levels and buffs the spiritshots are loading as they should

No, it's the game mechanics and it's been discussed and explained on forum already. And it's not "slow" and "slower", it just is with shots and without. If you spam the cast button your next skill starts casting before the shot is loaded, thus not benefiting from the cast speed bonus of the shots. You can adjust by just not spamming skills like an idiot.

Other servers use C4 + extenders or l2j which loads the shots before casting, not after.

Yes it did, at least when they had GF. Don't know about Freya, but you can make a trial acc and check it out.
