soul hound: should increase the reuse time of steal divinity ( -7 buffs each 10-12 sec wtf ) and every skill you do on sh paralizes you.. decrease chance of this skill (OP SKILLS...)

I just had an epiphany. Think about how excellent this server would be without kamaels!
It would be like C4 web servers that wouldn't end in 1 30 days and with the included reward of no retarded kamaels!
Please do a elect on this crap.
