I wanna buy some accounts but I wanna know how safe it is? Do rpg club team protect us when someone take rurs and try to regain access to sold account

It's not forbidden but we don't approve of such deals. The safest way is to transfer the character to an account that fully belongs to you. Otherwise it would be nearly impossible to prove ownership if the seller attempts to claim it back.
