fix summoners/npc talk stuff (1 Viewer)

Impossible to go pvp against summoners even if they are flagged. Once you come into attack range you stop doing anything because of "you cant move while speaking with npc".

Remove this of fix that it doesn't effect servitors/pets. Thanks
