donation character selection error (1 Viewer)

i have logged into 3 different computers using 3 different types of browsers but i cant select a character from the pop down list on the website to donate for. i have tried in on a mac and 2 different mc also and firefox IE and safari all of which give me blank names to select from. its with not only donations but with email change or anything that requires a selection of character to popdown i also have tried with more then one account its the same with everyone.

You drop session when login from different computers. Use 1 computer and 1 browser.
Or you just choose wrong server.
