When will be tw in 15x?

Hunter song adds 100% crit rate, that means 2x more crit rate, but i have 243 crit rate only with buffs, so with hunter song i should get 486, but with hunter song i have only 380 crit rate, so what's wrong? Here screens . Sry for bad english.

Hello. You are saying, that this server is international, but when i went to test server, i saw only Russian language in shouts, trade, everywhere, and i want to ask, if you are going to do something about it? Because i dont understand Russian, and i think lots of people don't understand it...
