It's simple. There is no reason ban real bots. They won't pay for unban ever. But if you randomly ban 'new' players it's a chance they are rich greeks and will pay for unban (even if they are innocent) This is a screen from today. Obviously, they are (not) bots.... they look like a new players !? :D

Or you can go and check monument of heroes. Get the Baium ToD, camp it (8h, same as other raids window) and pray Russians will be in good mood and don't PK you before you hit Baium inside.

Today they reduced the number (max. 2) of game windows you can open. It will not stop everyone, but at least some ppl who were using only one pc hopefully stop running their full party bot trains. InGame it looks like a large number of players are moving from x3 to x7 server :/

Most of 'em were 85 before end of ClanHalls auction. So why bother and waste adena to get this old fashion feature which is not giving any bonus. It is good for slow farmers and clans where people cry after loosing 4% at level 70.
