Incorrect Code from picture (1 Viewer)

hi, im trying to recover my password+secret word from the rpg site. However everytime i fill email name + code from picture it says incorrect code, even tho im 100% sure its correct. halp pl0x

Had this once as well I think...
It worked by disabling Adblock. Hope it helps
